The Strike Zone is a back to basics approach to baseball... old school if you will.

Baseball appears to be an uncomplicated sport, throw the ball, hit the ball and catch the ball. The deeper you get into it, however, the sooner you realize it is a very complex game. Unfortunately, most people don't know where to begin, who to talk to, or when they're getting good or bad information.

That's why we're here. With over twenty years of experience in teaching, and many more years playing, we feel our experience with coaches, players and students of the game from the major league level on down will benefit not only the young ballplayer, but the veteran as well. We teach the basics as well as educate about the game itself. This involves not only the what's, but the whys.

There are many theories on how to teach pitching and we are well aware of how things are being taught today. You can be confident we are familiar with and recognize the pros and cons of these techniques and will discuss them with you.

Baseball should be exciting, productive and most of all fun, no matter what the age. If you are not taught how to succeed, or the proper way to play this very difficult game, productivity and enjoyment won't take place.
